🎯 Project Objectives:
Enhance the user experience on OZON's motorcycle financing platform, increase the conversion rate of users interested in financing a motorcycle, and design an interface that is visually appealing and consistent with OZON's branding. By achieving these objectives, the goal is to increase user satisfaction and strengthen the company's brand image.
🖥️ First impressions of the website
The OZON website is composed of various graphical interfaces, and below are some findings identified during its analysis.
🔍 Research and Analysis:
Interviews with current and potential OZON users were conducted to understand their needs and desires regarding the motorcycle financing experience. Using research tools like Maze, Notion, and Dovetail, each insight obtained from these interviews was recorded and analyzed. This process led to identifying improvement opportunities and the creation of new components for the OZON platform.
💡 Proposed Solutions: 
Designs were proposed to enhance navigation and user experience, focusing on a more intuitive and straightforward financing process. Visually appealing designs, consistent with OZON's branding, were created to incorporate these new components.
Final Conclusions:
Through collaboration with the OZON team, we were able to significantly improve the usability and visual style of their motorcycle financing platform. By working on UI/UX design projects focused on user needs, we increased the conversion rate and provided OZON users with a simpler, transparent, and satisfying motorcycle financing experience. I'm proud to have been part of this project and excited to continue collaborating on future platform improvements.
